Snowboard Cross and Ski Cross are two exciting winter sports that were showcased during the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, intriguing winter ski and snowboard enthusiasts. The Lake Louise Ski Area and the newly formed Evolve SSX (Ski and Snowboard Cross) Club have partnered together to offer a club and a venue for ski and snowboard athletes who want more than just racing. Evolve will work with the Lake Louise Ski Area to construct a skier/boarder cross track in January 2011, following the World Cup alpine events.
