Guest rooms at the Lake Louise Inn may feature kitchens, balconies, electric fireplaces or jet tubs. Dog friends are welcome in most room types; see our dog page for more details. Please note that cats and other types of pets are not accepted. Enjoy spectacular mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows as you unwind in the heated indoor pool and whirlpools.

In our continued efforts to provide guests with convenient services and amenities, a daily resort fee of $14 (plus GST and Tourism Levy) is applicable per room, per night.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there BBQ facilities available for guests?

The Lake Louise Inn does not offer BBQ facilities on site. Use of personal BBQ equipment is also prohibited on our property.

Does Lake Louise Inn have a swimming pool or hot tub?

Our indoor swimming pool and hot tub facility is open between the hours of 9:00 am and 10:00 pm (9:30 pm for children). We have a large heated swimming pool (30°C) and three hot tubs (40°C). Pool towels are provided in the pool area, as well as changing room facilities. The entrance to the swimming pool and hot tub facility is located to the right of the Front Desk in our main building, #1. Our swimming pool is approximately 13 meters in length. The deepest end is 1.4meters deep and the shallow end is 0.9 meters deep.

Can non-guests use the hotel facilities?

Our swimming pool and shower facility is open to non-guests between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm daily at a charge of $10 plus tax per person for locals (Proof of residency required) and $20 plus tax for non-locals (payable at the Front Desk). Please note, we will also need to hold on to a form of ID while you use the facilities.

Is there a fitness centre at Lake Louise Inn?

Our fitness centre is open 24 hours and is located on the lowest level of our main building (#1).

Can guests borrow snowshoes?

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer complimentary snow shoe rentals to our guests. Snow shoes are available during our winter season (snow dependent). They are available on a first come, first served basis between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, and can be picked up from the Front Desk.

Is mini golf available at the hotel?

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer complimentary mini golf to our guests. Mini-golf is available during our summer season (weather dependant). Mini-golf equipment is available on a first come, first served basis between the hours of 10:00 am and 8:00 pm*, and can be picked up from the Front Desk.

*Guests can use the equipment for up to 2 hours at a time.

Are bicycles available for guest use?

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer complimentary bike rentals to our guests. Bikes are available during our summer season (weather dependent). Bikes are available on a first come, first served basis between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm*, and can be picked up from the Front Desk. We have limited availability for children’s bikes.

*Guests can use the equipment for up to 4 hours at a time.

Is there a business centre at the hotel?

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer a 24-hour business centre for all of your computer and printing needs. Our business centre is located in the main building (#1).

Is ski storage available at Lake Louise Inn?

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer a 24-hour secure ski storage room accessible only by visiting the front desk for access. Our ski storage room is located a short walking distance to the shuttle pick up location. In the summer time, this room can also be used for bike storage during your stay.

Does the hotel offer luggage or bag storage?

Complimentary bag storage is available for all guests before, during and after your stay.

Is free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all guests at the Lake Louise Inn. Upon selecting the network “Lake Louise Inn” a pop up will appear asking you to enter one of the following:

  • Last name and room number
  • Authorization Code
Does the hotel have a lobby market or convenience store?

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer a 24-hour lobby market. Located in the main building (#1). The lobby market is stocked with essentials and sundries you may need during your time with us including, but not limited to:

  • Laundry Detergent
Are Laundry Facilities available for guests?

The Lake Louise Inn has three laundry facilities on site. The cost is $4 to wash and $4 to dry, and the machines take either quarters or loonies (there is a loonie machine located in the main lobby). Laundry detergent is available to purchase in our lobby market – one box of Tide detergent is sufficient for two loads.

Join us in the Gazebo for seasonal events designed to give you a truly authentic Canadian experience. Après ski during the winter with a bonfire and a variety of cold and hot beverages, including complimentary hot chocolate and s’mores. Or visit in the summer for a delicious BBQ, bonfire, and beverages.
