Our guaranteed check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is prior to 11:00 am. We are happy to receive your request for an early arrival or late departure (fees may apply). Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed.

Most of our reservations come with our flexible 72 hour cancellation policy. This means that your credit card will only be charged should you cancel within 3 days of your reservation’s arrival date. If you do not show up for your reservation, your reservation will be also classed as a “cancelled” reservation under our “no show” policy. If you choose our discounted advanced purchase rate your credit card will be charged the full amount to reserve. The advanced purchase rate is also non-refundable should you cancel your reservation. . If you do not show up for your reservation, your reservation will be also classed as a “cancelled” reservation under our “no show” policy.

All reservations require a valid credit card to reserve. Debit cards are not accepted.

At check in, all reservations will require a valid credit card for a pre-authorization (hold). The pre-authorization (hold) on the credit card will cover the full room and tax, plus the daily damage deposit of $50 per night. Payment for your hotel room will be charged on check-out. If your reservation is pre-paid, a pre-authorization will still be required to cover the daily damage deposit of $50 per night.

All reservations require a daily damage deposit of $50 per night. This will be held on your credit card at check-in and released once our housekeeping department checks the room on your departure date.

The Lake Louise Inn is happy to take requests for floor level and room locations, however, this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For high floor requests please be advised, only 2 out of 5 of our buildings have elevator access. If you have a request to be close to a family member or a friend, there may be a chance you are placed in a different building as our room types are spread out over five buildings.

Dog Friendly rooms are available upon request. Available for all rooms types excluding our Deluxe One King.

Our pet fee is $20 per night, plus tax which is capped at $60 plus tax for guests who are staying longer than 3 nights.

The Lake Louise Inn accepts dogs only. Unfortunately all other animals and pets are not allowed in our guest rooms.

When making a reservation online, please place a note in the comment section if you are bringing your dog. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants, on our legends patio or in our swimming pool and fitness facility. They are however, allowed in our main lobby.

All our hotel rooms come with Keurig single serve coffee makers. The coffee is re-stocked during daily tidy-up service.

Cribs/Playpens for infants are available upon request. Additional beds such as cot beds, are not available at the Lake Louise Inn.

Complimentary parking is available at the Lake Louise Inn. All of our parking spaces are located outdoors. Some of our parking spaces offer extension cords and outlets for car plugins/block heaters. We do not offer electric car charging stations, however, there are four Tesla charging stations available behind the local Shell gas station. If you are travelling in an RV/Trailer parking is available on the roadside in front of the Lake Louise Inn.

The Lake Louise Inn does not offer BBQ facilities on site. Use of personal BBQ equipment is also prohibited on our property.

Our housekeeping team is proud to provide daily tidy-up service. Full stayover service will be provided after the fourth night.

The Lake Louise Inn does not provide feather pillows and duvets due to allergies they can cause.

Our daily resort fee is included in all reservations. The resort fee helps us maintain and upgrade all guest amenities offered at the Lake Louise Inn, including but not limited to:

Our indoor swimming pool and hot tub facility is open between the hours of 9:00 am and 10:00 pm (9:30 pm for children). We have a large heated swimming pool (30°C) and three hot tubs (40°C). Pool towels are provided in the pool area, as well as changing room facilities. The entrance to the swimming pool and hot tub facility is located to the right of the Front Desk in our main building, #1.

Our swimming pool and shower facility is open to non-guests between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm daily at a charge of $5.25 per person, tax included (payable at the Front Desk). Please note, we will also need to hold on to a form of ID while you use the facilities.

Our newly renovated fitness centre is open 24 hours and is located on the lowest level of our main building (#1).

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer complimentary snow shoe rentals to our guests. Snow shoes are available during our winter season (snow dependent). They are available on a first come, first served basis between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, and can be picked up from the Front Desk.

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer complimentary mini golf to our guests. Mini-golf is available during our summer season (weather dependant). Mini-golf equipment is available on a first come, first served basis between the hours of 10:00 am and 8:00 pm*, and can be picked up from the Front Desk.

*Guests can use the equipment for up to 2 hours at a time

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer complimentary bike rentals to our guests. Bikes are available during our summer season (weather dependant). Bikes are available on a first come, first served basis between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm*, and can be picked up from the Front Desk. We have limited availability for children’s bikes.

*Guests can use the equipment for up to 4 hours at a time.

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer a 24-hour business centre for all of your computer and printing needs. Our business centre is located in the main building (#1).

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer a 24-hour secure ski storage room accessible only by visiting the front desk for access. Our ski storage room is located a short walking distance to the shuttle pick up location. In the summer time, this room can also be used for bike storage during your stay.

Complimentary bag storage is available for all guests before, during and after your stay.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all guests at the Lake Louise Inn. Upon selecting the network “Lake Louise Inn” a pop up will appear asking you to enter one of the following:

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to offer a 24-hour lobby market. Located in the main building (#1). The lobby market is stocked with essentials and sundries you may need during your time with us including, but not limited to:

• Laundry Detergent

The Lake Louise Inn has three laundry facilities on site. The cost is $4 to wash and $4 to dry, and the machines take either quarters or loonies (there is a loonie machine located in the main lobby). Laundry detergent is available to purchase in our lobby market – one box of Tide detergent is sufficient for two loads.

An ATM is located at the Lake Louise Inn in the upper lobby, building #1.

The Lake Louise Inn is proud to serve the best breakfast buffet in the Lake Louise Village. The buffet is available in Legends Restaurant between the hours of 7:00 am and 11:30 am daily. If the buffet is not running, an à-la-carte menu will be available:

Due to our location there is no pharmacy located in the village of Lake Louise, however, some sundries are available in our lobby market, at the local Village Market, the Lake Louise Medical Clinic or at Petro Canada.

The closest hospital is located in the town of Banff – Banff Mineral Springs Hospital.

All guests stopping in Banff National Park are required to purchase a Parks Canada National Parks Pass. This can be picked up at the Park Gates (as you enter the National Park), at the local visitor centre or online through their website.
