HOUSEKEEPING
- Daily Stay Over Service – Replacing all amenities and making up beds. (Beds will not be made up if personal items are on them and towels will only be replaced if left on floor or in bathtub.
- Long Stay Guests – Full Stay-Over Service will be received after the third night.
- Special Requests – If you would like daily full service OR you do not require any housekeeping, please inform the front desk.
As we are an eco-friendly property, please note we DO NOT have air conditioning. This is part of out “Go Green” initiative.
Our Housekeeping team’s goal is to ensure you have a comfortable stay with us in a clean and refreshing environment. If you have concerns with your room’s cleanliness or require additional items, please dial “0” on your room phone. we will be happy to assist you.
As we are in the Banff National Park, it is paramount that you DO NOT leave ANY items such as garbage, recycling, and food outside your room. this will attract wildlife and could results in fines from Parks Canada. If you require any items to be removed, please dial “0” on your room phone.
ACTIVITIES – We have a few pastimes that you won’t want to miss out on , explore the Canadian Rockies, relax in our therapeutic hot tubs, or keep your fitness routine going in our 24 hours fitness center.
- Fitness Room : Located in the basement of the main building. Open 24 hours.
- Pool & Hot Tubs : Open daily from 9:00 am – 10:00 pm (children until 9:30 pm). No drinks and food permitted in the pool area. The maximum occupancy of hot tubs must be observed.
- Bikes : Complimentary from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm – Please see the front desk for more information (4 hours limit) **Subjected to weather conditions**
- Mini- Golf : Complimentary from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm – Please see the front desk for more information (2 hours limit) **Subjected to weather conditions**
GUEST WIFI – We can’t live without this, and we are sure that your kids have already asked.
- To access our guest WIFI, please select the network “Lake Louise Inn” A webpage will open and prompt you to enter your room number and the last name on your reservation. (AUTHORIZATION CODE: H2HEJEZ)
CHECK OUT – Because all good things must come to an end.
- The check out time is 11:00 am. If you require a receipt from your stay, please check-out at the front desk or phone the front desk by dialing “0” on the phone in your room.
